Wow this is really cool. Those synth sounds really struck me. Kind of "talkie" which I like and they glide SO nicely. Definitely could relax to this hard

etherealwinds responds:

That's what I first experimented with actually! In fact, I used something called 'decimate voice' somewhere in FL Studio, and it was a very strange but intriguing sound. Some tweaking, and I managed to make it sound really nice! I pretty much built the rest of the track around that and the pads.

This is super pretty. Short, but gets the point across. Whatever that strumming is in the background for some reason got me weak at the knees. Very tasteful

LucidShadowDreamer responds:

Thank you, I'm very glad you enjoyed it! Maybe the thing you call strumming is the light percussion? I don't remember exactly what kind of drums I used, but it's some sort of world intrument :)

Hey nice tune, nice mix, I have a real soft spot for this super chill beat sort of stuff. Makes me want to fly through the sky at night or something really really slowly

sadface-music responds:

I should probably turn you on to these. My recent music actually has exactly what you said in mind. https://youtu.be/bucV8Y_p0ME

Great playing and riffs, I dig the complex composition.
Watch your master - some clipping going on I noticed. Other than that it's a solid mix, obviously could be touched up but hey NOBODY'S PERFECT
Good stuff

Metaljonus responds:

Thanks dude! And ya the mix was rushed and I have'nt gotten back to mixing it again. I'll probably redo the bass and some other parts. Thanks for listening!

So cool, I highly appreciate the retro video game sound in the format of a typical song. Those well placed sound effects tho

Mattashi responds:

Thanks man.

This is cool. Felt like I was waiting a while for a change in the chords, but when it does come around it feels right.

LegnaZeg responds:

Thanks mate, hahaha, yeah, i feel it was good that way, but yeah, could be a little long melody in just one chord, :)

Cool build. I like how it really feels like it is going places even though it is pretty much just working off the same foundation, nicely done. I definitely imagined myself sailing through some frigid waters in Finland or something while I listened to this.

zybor responds:

another canadian :O

thank you for your review, pal! :D

Damn dude, this has a massive futuristic action feel to it. Really cool, I can imagine myself driving through some grimey Blade Runner city in my hovercar to this. Also I appreciate the combination of Djent sounding riffs with electronic drums. Mwahh

LegnaZeg responds:

hey mate, cool, i really appreciate your feedback and yeah, you described it better than me! XD. Thanks a lot for checking it! best!

friggen tight! Those guitars have a beautiful growl to them. And whatever drums you used sound great, mixed really nicely man!

LegnaZeg responds:

thanks a lot for listening mate, yeah, the track itself was going to be just drums, bass and guitar but i think those added fxs enhanced and gave it a gaming feel, and the drums was made with drumlab from kontakt and steven slate drums.

Really cool stuff. I dig how you combined a lot of heavy guitar with the synths and stuff, thats always something I get into! The mix is pretty clean as well, those guitar tones are hot.

DanJohansen responds:

Glad you like it man, about to start making another track as we speak! Rock on!
